Return Policy: Products are accepted for exchange if the following conditions are met: they are in their new condition with all accessories. You have the right to exchange within 3 days from the date of receipt (the product). The product has not been used or operated. The product's packaging has not been damaged. The customer retains the tax invoice. The product has not been manufactured or prepared according to the customer's specifications or desires (such as ordering a stainless steel table with specific specifications suitable for the customer), and the exchange and return policy is only applied if the product does not match the specifications mentioned by the customer. The customer bears the cost of shipping the product to the company's headquarters and the cost of shipping the product to be exchanged. The product is subject to inspection by the relevant department before approving the exchange request. The responsibility for transportation during the exchange is on the customer. Return Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the warranty agreement and regulations, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and retrieve the product presented to him from the store within 3 days of the date of receipt of the product. 2- To return the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained benefit from it, and the institution has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety. 3- The customer bears the costs of the return process and all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company.
